Business owners do not need an AI that acts confident. They need a system that is clear about its boundaries.
Access is an operating decision
Every connected inbox, calendar, CRM, and file store expands what an AI system can influence. That makes access design a leadership decision—not a technical afterthought.
Start with the narrowest useful permission set. Add access only when a real workflow requires it, and make the approval step visible to the owner.
A useful first version is intentionally limited
A first deployment can read a bounded set of information, surface decisions, prepare drafts, and wait. That may look less magical than total autonomy, but it creates something more valuable: trust.
The goal is not to remove people from important decisions. It is to remove the fog around those decisions.
