The Bateman Building.

The Bateman Building at 307 W. Kennewick Avenue is a mixed-use downtown property with 24 residential units and three first-floor commercial spaces. The 311 W. Kennewick space is one part of this larger operating property.

The work is hands-on: housing, commercial tenancy, maintenance, leasing, improvement, and finding operators who add real use to the block. Private ownership and financial details remain private unless Jared approves them for a specific conversation.

Residential renovations

Twelve houses transformed

Jared’s project records document a dozen residential renovation and repositioning projects across the Tri-Cities—from acquisition and construction scope through systems, finishes, resale, or retention as a rental.

The public story emphasizes operating experience rather than purchase prices, private loan terms, or former-owner information.

Ownership principles

Operate for the long term.

01

Real use before abstract value

A property earns its place by serving residents, tenants, operators, or a community need well.

02

Know the systems

Construction and HVAC experience make physical condition part of the investment decision—not an afterthought.

03

Patient improvement

Durable assets are refined through repeated attention, clear operations, and responsible capital work.
